Uganda also known as “The pearl of Africa”

Uganda’s reputation of being Africa’s friendliest country originates from the fact that  traditionally hospitality is a key element to its diverse population.

The pearl of Africa, is well known for its low level of crimes and hassles towards tourists. As one of the mysteries of the Victorian age you can go back in time as you view the source of the Nile that starts here and flow all the way to Egypt. Be part of history that was once here.

The first thing to be said about Uganda is that it is home to the highest concentration of primates on  earth. It also has the highest mountain range in Africa and it is not difficult to understand why its terrain is deemed dramatic and beautiful.

Primate trekking (gorillas, chimps) in Bwindi/Kibale, classic savannah game drives for the “Big Five” (Murchison, Queen Elizabeth NPs), and diverse landscapes, often called the “Pearl of Africa”.

Key parks include Bwindi Impenetrable (gorillas), Kibale (chimps), Queen Elizabeth (tree-climbing lions, boat trips), and Murchison Falls (Nile river cruises, falls). Safaris usually last 8-15 days, focusing on these parks, with the dry seasons (June-Aug, Dec-Feb) being ideal for wildlife viewing.
